Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage core HR functions and support day-to-day workforce operations. The successful candidate will implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and promote a positive and productive work environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage employee relations effectively within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.

• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with labour laws and best practices.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation management.

• Support payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and leave management.

• Address employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace issues.

• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations.

• Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–6 years’ experience in an HR role.

• Factory or manufacturing experience is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high professional integrity.
