Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage core HR functions and support day-to-day workforce operations. The successful candidate will implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
The role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage employee relations effectively within a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities

Administer recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.

Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in line with labour laws and best practices.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation management.

Support payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and leave management.

Address employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace issues.

Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations.

Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
Educational and Professional Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–6 years’ experience in an HR role.

Factory or manufacturing experience is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high professional integrity.
