Position Overview:
Zonda Tec Ghana Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ICUMS Documentation Officer to manage customs documentation and clearing processes using the Integrated Customs Management System (ICUMS). The successful candidate will ensure accurate documentation, timely processing, and full compliance with customs regulations while supporting smooth cargo clearance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and submit import and export documentation through the ICUMS platform.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customs declarations and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with customs officials, shipping agents, and internal teams to facilitate timely clearance of goods.

• Monitor shipment status and resolve documentation or clearance issues promptly.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all ICUMS transactions and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with customs laws, regulations, and company procedures.

• Provide regular updates and reports on documentation and clearance activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc or BA degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Minimum of 4 years experience in ICUMS clearing and documentation.

• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, trade regulations, and ICUMS operations.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines.
