Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented National Service Personnel to support our impact measurement and farmer engagement work, and in so doing, better understand how our products and brand are viewed by our end-customers. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in agriculture, data collection, rural development, or marketing. The Impact Officer will assist the Marketing Department with gathering, organising, and analysing data from farmers and stakeholders to help us better understand and communicate our impact.
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree or HND) in Agriculture, Social Sciences, Marketing, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in data and fieldwork.
  • Comfortable using Excel, Google Forms, or other data tools (training will be provided).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to farming communities and field sites.
  • Willingess to make up to 100 cold calls to farmers in a week, showing motivation to keep calling when farmers don’t necessarily welcome the calls
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Twi and other local languages is a strong advantage.
