Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused In-Store Retailers to join our teams across Accra, Kumasi, and Takoradi. The successful candidates will engage with customers, maintain store presentation, and support sales activities to drive growth and enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing product information, guidance, and recommendations.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store.
• Support sales activities and promotions to achieve store targets.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records where applicable.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications & Experience

• SHS graduate.
• Reside close to one of the malls in Ghana (Accra, Kumasi, or Takoradi).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and motivated to meet sales targets.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
