Job Description

We are in search of a competent Industrial Automation Technician (CNC Maintenance) for our workshop in Takoradi.

Purpose of Role:
The Industrial Automation Technician is responsible for the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines and related workshop equipment. The role ensures minimal downtime, optimal efficiency, and compliance with safety and operational standards to support production excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance and industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in Siemens/Omron PLC programming and VFD configuration.
