Job Summary

Cerath Development Organization seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support its programs and operations. The successful candidate will actively contribute to research, data analysis, and project implementation while gaining practical experience in development work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects through research, data collection, and analysis.
• Assist in developing reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Contribute to program planning and implementation activities.
• Analyze data using strong quantitative and analytical methods.
• Participate in fieldwork and stakeholder engagement when required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective project delivery.
• Perform administrative and operational support tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational background in any of the following fields:
  • Fisheries Science or Fisheries Administration and Management
  • Climate Change and Sustainable Development
  • Economics (with strong quantitative and analytical skills)
• Demonstrated interest in development work.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.

Internship Duration

6 months, with the possibility of renewal or transition to full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.
