Job Title: Intern
Employment Type: Full-Time (6-Month Internship; Subject to Renewal or Full Employment)
Location: Westlands, Accra

Job Summary
Cerath Development Organization seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support its programs and operations. The successful candidate will actively contribute to research, data analysis, and project implementation while gaining practical experience in development work.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing projects through research, data collection, and analysis.
- Assist in developing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Contribute to program planning and implementation activities.
- Analyze data using strong quantitative and analytical methods.
- Participate in fieldwork and stakeholder engagement when required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective project delivery.
- Perform administrative and operational support tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational background in any of the following fields:
- Fisheries Science or Fisheries Administration and Management
- Climate Change and Sustainable Development
- Economics (with strong quantitative and analytical skills)
- Demonstrated interest in development work.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
Internship Duration
6 months, with the possibility of renewal or transition to full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.
