Job Summary

Empire Health Insurance seeks a highly skilled IT Specialist to manage, secure, and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will actively lead cybersecurity administration, ensure system reliability, and protect sensitive data across enterprise platforms in line with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks

• Lead cybersecurity administration and implement security policies and controls

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities

• Ensure compliance with information security standards and regulatory requirements

• Conduct risk assessments, system audits, and security testing

• Manage data protection, access controls, and disaster recovery processes

• Support IT strategy, system upgrades, and technology improvements

• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ relevant IT experience

• At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in IT security administration

• Proven experience in cybersecurity administration and risk management

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CHFI, GCH, GCIA, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer will be a strong advantage
