Job Summary:

A corporate organization is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to staff
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Monitor system performance and security
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Support user training and system upgrades

Requirements:

• Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant IT support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and networking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good customer service orientation
