About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Accra. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while supporting both office and production operations. You will play a key role in maintaining systems that drive business continuity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and overall IT infrastructure
• Manage and support LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and related network systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Maintain and manage IT assets including PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and barcode systems
• Provide support for ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage) and basic database operations
• Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions
• Enforce endpoint security measures, including antivirus, patch management, and cybersecurity controls
• Conduct routine system health checks and vulnerability assessments
• Provide technical support for production and warehouse operations
• Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and system integrators
• Support IT and automation projects from setup through deployment
• Maintain accurate IT documentation, including licenses and service contracts
• Train and assist users on IT systems and applications where necessary
• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance IT systems performance and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Systems Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and networking fundamentals
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an added advantage
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in production-critical environments
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide on-site and after-hours support when required
• Age range: 23–28 years (preferred)
• Male candidates preferred (due to operational requirements)
