About the Role

We are seeking a practical and hands-on IT Technician to join our team and support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT and security systems across multiple sites. In this role, you will ensure the smooth setup and operation of CCTV systems, end-user devices, network connections, and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure CCTV camera systems at assigned locations
• Set up, install, and configure desktop and laptop systems for end users
• Support basic network coordination and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Configure and maintain Public Address (PA) systems for operational use
• Perform routine system checks to ensure all equipment functions effectively
• Respond to technical issues and resolve faults in a timely manner
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth technical operations across sites
• Document installations, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately
• Provide on-site technical support across Nungua, Tema, Prampram, and Ashaiman as required

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar IT Technician or technical support role
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and hardware configuration
• Hands-on experience with CCTV installation is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work across multiple locations when required
• Practical, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
