Job Summary

The Doctors Office is seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Doctor to join our clinical team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support senior clinicians in the diagnosis and management of patients, and contribute to the continuous delivery of safe, efficient, and evidence-based healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients under the guidance of senior medical practitioners.
  • Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and clinical assessments.
  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on clinical findings.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient medical records.
  • Request and interpret diagnostic investigations where appropriate.
  • Participate in ward rounds, multidisciplinary meetings, and clinical discussions.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate clinical care.
  • Comply with all clinical protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB or equivalent).
  • Full registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant medical regulatory authority.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and sound medical judgement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to patient-centred care.
