Job Summary

The Kitchen Assistant will support daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, organizing supplies, and ensuring that kitchen standards are consistently upheld. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen setup
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently
• Organize and store food supplies appropriately
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during food service operations
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
• Dispose of waste in accordance with company standards
• Demonstrate good attention to detail in all assigned tasks
• Contribute to creating a welcoming, safe, and productive kitchen environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is an advantage
