Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and energetic Kitchen Assistants to support our culinary team in preparing, cooking, and maintaining the kitchen. The ideal candidates will be organized, quick to adapt, and committed to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as needed for daily operations.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently.
• Support early morning and late shift operations as required.
• Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience preferred.
• Must reside within or near Dzorwulu.
• Fast-paced, organized, and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexible and available for early mornings or late shifts.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and work ethic.
