Job Summary

Cardinal Namdini Mining Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Engineer – Asset Integrity & Reliability to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will oversee asset integrity management, ensure equipment reliability, and lead a team of engineers and technical staff to optimize performance and safety across the mineral processing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the asset integrity and reliability management program for plant equipment and structures
• Supervise and mentor engineering and technical teams in reliability and inspection practices
• Plan, execute, and monitor inspection, maintenance, and reliability activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant performance and reduce downtime
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and proactive solutions to mechanical and structural challenges
• Monitor and report on asset performance, reliability metrics, and maintenance KPIs
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, maintenance schedules, and compliance records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
• Minerals Commission Inspecting Engineer Certificate of Competency
• Registered member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (advantageous)
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in gold mineral processing plants, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Valid driver’s license (minimum Class B)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven experience in asset integrity, reliability, and plant engineering
