The Lead, Technology Business Partnering drives strategic alignment between the Technology function and business units across the Foundation. The role serves as a trusted advisor to programme and operational leaders, ensuring technology solutions effectively enable business priorities, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.

You will foster collaboration across functions, support the delivery of technology initiatives, and promote the adoption of innovative solutions that strengthen programme outcomes and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a primary liaison between Technology and Programmes/Support Functions to ensure alignment with the Foundation’s technology strategy.
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Technology Business Partnering.
Technology Enablement & Innovation
- Support the implementation of technology initiatives that address functional requirements and improve performance.
- Identify gaps in existing systems and recommend scalable, efficient technology solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and guide their application to enhance impact and efficiency.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration in the co-creation and design of technology solutions.
- Ensure effective engagement across programmes, support functions, and technology teams.
- Promote shared ownership and alignment in delivering technology-driven initiatives.
Governance & Delivery Oversight
- Establish and support governance frameworks to streamline collaboration and decision-making.
- Monitor and report on the progress of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to agreed processes, standards, and governance structures.
Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process optimisation through technology.
- Analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programme delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
- Relevant professional certification and membership in a recognised professional body.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Technology, Program Management, Business Relationship Management, or similar roles, including leadership experience.
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Experience in international development, philanthropy, or emerging markets is an asset.
