Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officers to join our team in Kasoa. In this role, you will manage the full loan cycle—from client acquisition and credit assessment to disbursement, monitoring, and recovery—while ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new loan clients through field and office engagement
- Assess loan applications and evaluate customer creditworthiness
- Process and disburse approved loans in line with company policies and procedures
- Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments and compliance
- Follow up on overdue accounts and support loan recovery efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and loan records
- Educate clients on loan products, terms, and repayment obligations
- Prepare basic reports on loan performance, disbursements, and collections
Qualification Required & Experience
- Diploma, HND, or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in lending, credit analysis, or a related financial role
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work with financial data and basic software systems
- Good understanding of loan products and credit processes
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
