Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to oversee and coordinate fleet operations effectively. The successful candidate will ensure smooth logistics processes, maintain operational efficiency, and support timely transportation and fleet management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily fleet operations efficiently
• Monitor vehicle movement, usage, and maintenance schedules
• Track fleet performance and ensure operational compliance
• Develop and implement effective logistics plans and schedules
• Prepare accurate operational reports and maintain proper documentation
• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
• Resolve logistics and transportation issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management
• Strong coordination and planning skills
