Role Overview

As a Female Driving Instructor, you will provide practical and theoretical driving instruction to learners, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge required to become safe and responsible drivers. You will create a supportive learning environment while ensuring compliance with road safety regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional practical driving instruction to learner drivers.
• Teach safe driving techniques and promote responsible road use.
• Assess learners’ driving abilities and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Prepare learners for driving tests by building their confidence and competence.
• Ensure all driving lessons comply with road traffic regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and lesson schedules.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks before and after lessons.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License C.
• Minimum of six (6) years of driving experience.
• Must be fluent in spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Must be 28 years of age or older.
• Ability to work weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Strong knowledge of Ghana’s road traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and customer service skills.
• Patient, professional, and committed to helping learners succeed.
