Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Officer to coordinate daily logistics operations, manage inventory flow, and support efficient procurement and distribution processes.
You will ensure that goods, materials, and supplies are properly tracked, delivered on time, and accurately recorded to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain activities to ensure smooth operational flow
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Manage procurement processes and distribution of supplies and materials
- Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and logistics records
- Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure effective coordination
- Ensure proper documentation of shipments, invoices, delivery notes, and related records
- Support warehouse and store management activities to maintain order and efficiency
- Monitor supply chain performance and recommend improvements where necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or storekeeping is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
