Job Summary
HDG Homes Limited seeks a proactive and results-driven Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and optimize warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and order processing to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Resolve logistical issues such as shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, and warehouse layout optimization.
- Collaborate with procurement, transportation, and customer service teams to streamline operations and improve communication.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and productivity targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and innovative operational practices to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure proper tracking and documentation.
- Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and generate operational reports to support decision-making.
- Liaise with clients on delivery schedules and promptly address order-related inquiries.
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate with vendors, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient shipments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification in warehouse operations is an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control systems, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
