Job Summary

Cardinal Namdini Mining Ltd is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Planning Engineer to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of plant equipment within a mineral processing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance planning schedules for mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize plant performance and reduce downtime
• Monitor equipment performance, track maintenance KPIs, and implement reliability improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Provide technical guidance and support for maintenance teams
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, and spare parts management for maintenance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
• Minerals Commission Inspecting Engineer Certificate of Competency
• Registered member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance planning within a mineral processing, mining, or heavy industrial environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
