Job Summary

The Management Trainee will gain practical experience across key hotel operations through a structured rotational programme. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced managers, develop leadership and operational skills, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences while building a rewarding career in hospitality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through key hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Administration.
• Support the daily operations of assigned departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assist managers with operational planning, reporting, and administrative duties.
• Prepare departmental reports and analyse operational data to support decision-making.
• Learn and apply hotel policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning throughout the training programme.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work across multiple operational areas.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to work effectively within a team.
