Position Summary

The Plumber will maintain, repair, and service all plumbing systems within the hotel to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. The successful candidate will respond promptly to maintenance needs, perform preventive inspections, and ensure all plumbing installations meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing Maintenance & Repairs

• Repair leaks, blockages, and damaged plumbing systems promptly and effectively.
• Maintain and service water supply systems, drainage systems, and sanitary installations.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and implement appropriate repair solutions.

Installation & Upgrades

• Install plumbing fixtures, fittings, pipes, and related equipment.
• Support renovation and upgrade projects involving plumbing systems.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety and operational standards.

Inspection & Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Report faults and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Emergency Response

• Respond quickly to plumbing emergencies to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting and repair support during urgent situations.
• Work flexibly to support hotel operations when urgent issues arise.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental standards while performing duties.
• Ensure safe handling and use of plumbing tools and materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Certificate in Plumbing or a related technical field.
• Proven hands-on experience in plumbing maintenance and repair.
• Prior experience in hospitality, facility management, or similar environments will be an advantage.
• Strong practical knowledge of plumbing systems and installations.
