Management Trainee Program – Safari World

Location: Davu, Ada & Accra

We are seeking dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven graduates to join our Management Trainee Program, designed to fast-track future leaders across our business units.

Program Overview

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through key business units to gain hands-on experience, develop operational expertise, and build leadership skills. This one-year program provides structured mentorship, professional development, and exposure to high-impact projects.

Business Units & Trainee Openings:

  • Safari Valley Eco-Resort – 20 Trainees

  • Aqua Safari Resort – 20 Trainees

  • Safari Eco Park – 10 Trainees

  • The Celba Restaurant – 15 Trainees

  • Safari Sports – 10 Trainees

Educational Requirements

We welcome applicants with the following qualifications:

  • BSc in Forest Resource Technology

  • BSc in Natural Resources Management

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

  • BA in Sports & Physical Education

  • BSc in Business Administration / BCom Accounting

  • BSc/HND in Hospitality & Tourism Management

  • BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Technology

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations across assigned business units

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of projects

  • Analyze business processes and contribute ideas for improvement

  • Develop leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on experience

  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance professional competencies
