Role Overview

Stanbic Bank Ghana seeks a strategic and performance-driven Manager, Front Office Operations & Control who will lead front office operations, strengthen internal controls, and ensure efficient service delivery. You will drive operational excellence, manage key projects, and influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives within a dynamic financial services environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize front office operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
  • Implement and monitor operational controls to mitigate risks and improve performance
  • Manage projects from initiation through completion to achieve defined business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned business outcomes
  • Analyze operational and financial data to support informed decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions

Qualifications

  • Hold a First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience

  • Demonstrate 3–4 years of experience in business management or business support
  • Show proven ability to manage projects to successful completion
  • Possess 5–7 years of experience influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines, preferably within a financial services environment
