Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Organize and participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
• Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide feedback on campaign performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets effectively.
• Good understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
