Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile professional for the role of Marketing / Basic Technical Support. The successful candidate will assist in promoting our services, engaging clients, and providing basic technical support to ensure smooth operations across digital and client-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media management, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities.

  • Assist clients with basic technical inquiries and troubleshooting related to our digital platforms and services.

  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, client interactions, and feedback.

  • Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and client experience.

  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and digital engagement.

  • Provide timely communication and support to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting digital platforms or software used in healthcare operations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
