Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our growing clothing boutique. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming and engaging brand presence, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the boutique’s products and brand.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal sales activities.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and partners.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday (Full-Time)
