Job Summary

The Marketing Officer actively develops and executes marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, attract customers, and drive sales. The successful candidate plans campaigns, manages promotional activities, and works closely with internal teams to achieve marketing objectives. Applicants must reside in Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns

• Promote company products and services through effective marketing channels

• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends

• Manage branding, advertising, and promotional activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports

• Coordinate with sales and production teams to support business goals

• Represent the company professionally at marketing and promotional events

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• SSCE, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Fashion, Textiles, Business Administration, or Marketing

• Proven marketing or sales experience (industry-related experience is an advantage)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets

Age Requirement

• Applicants must be between 30 and 45 years of age

Location Requirement

• This position is based in Accra

• Applicants must reside in Accra or be readily available to work there
