Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Microbiologist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring product safety, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production processes through microbiological analysis and control.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards across production areas
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Identify potential contamination risks and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
• Support quality assurance initiatives and audits
• Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and safety
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related field
• Proven experience in a dairy or ice cream manufacturing company is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and microbiological testing methods
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
