Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive antenatal, delivery, and postnatal care to patients
  • Monitor the health and wellbeing of expectant mothers and newborns
  • Conduct normal deliveries and assist in managing obstetric cases
  • Educate patients and families on maternal health, newborn care, and family planning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices
  • Respond promptly to maternal and neonatal emergencies
  • Collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals
  • Promote a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all patients

Educational Requirements

  • Degree in Midwifery from a recognized institution
  • Must possess a valid professional license/PIN

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant working experience

Additional Requirement

  • Must reside in Taifa or nearby areas

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrate strong clinical and maternal care skills
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and families
  • Work efficiently within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Exhibit strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
