Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented National Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies across the country.

The successful candidate will drive brand growth, strengthen market presence, optimize marketing investments, and lead a high-performing marketing team to deliver measurable business outcomes.


Core Deliverables

  • Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Lead initiatives to grow inbound sales channels through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize the national marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Implement multi-channel acquisition strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms including social media, PPC, content marketing, events, and lead generation.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling marketing content for websites, blogs, campaigns, and brand communications.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with agencies, vendors, media partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights on ROI and effectiveness.

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Lead nationwide event marketing, activations, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track industry developments, emerging tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the marketing team to build capability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and other business units to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer-driven industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, website analytics, and performance measurement tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern marketing platforms/tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and campaign design.
