Programme Overview

As a National Service Personnel, you will work within your assigned department, gain valuable practical experience, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to projects that support Nestlé’s business objectives and create value for communities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

As a National Service Personnel, you will:

• Support the day-to-day operations of your assigned department.
• Assist with research, analysis, reporting, and administrative activities for ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the efficient execution of business operations.
• Participate actively in Nestlé’s training programmes, learning modules, and mentorship initiatives.
• Contribute innovative ideas and practical solutions that support team objectives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation as required.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Uphold Nestlé’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.
• Perform additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of your assigned function.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Photography and Videography.
• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technician studies.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the programme, applicants must:

• Meet all National Service eligibility requirements in accordance with Ghanaian legislation.
• Be available to undertake a full-time 12-month National Service placement.
