Warehouse Officer (Full-Time)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will ensure the efficient execution of warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, uphold safety and quality standards, and support the timely delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

As the Warehouse Officer, you will:

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Promote a safe working environment by ensuring employees and third-party service providers comply with all warehouse policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the timely loading and unloading of trucks to maximize operational efficiency and prevent delays.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, completely, and delivered on time.
• Conduct regular cycle stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of warehouse hygiene in accordance with Nestlé’s quality requirements.
• Complete accurate shift handovers and maintain proper operational documentation.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation to support product traceability.
• Apply the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory management principle at all times.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in managing inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations.
• Supervise third-party warehouse personnel and ensure compliance with operational procedures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory control, and operational performance.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant professional experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution environment is an advantage.
