Join Our Clinical Care Team

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated Nurse Assistant Clinical to support our surgical and clinical operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care before, during, and after eye procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Operating Theatre & Surgical Support

  • Prepare the operating theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment before procedures.
  • Assist surgeons and clinical teams during surgical operations.
  • Ensure all surgical instruments, supplies, and materials are available, properly prepared, and accounted for.
  • Maintain strict infection prevention, sterilization, and safety standards within the operating theatre.
  • Support smooth theatre operations by following established clinical procedures and protocols.

Patient Care & Monitoring

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Provide compassionate support and reassurance to patients throughout their clinical journey.
  • Observe and report changes in patient conditions promptly to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies within the operating theatre.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate patient care records and document theatre activities appropriately.
  • Follow hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and professional healthcare standards.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining a safe clinical environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • A Certificate in Nursing Assistant Clinical (NAC) or Diploma in Nursing/related healthcare field.
  • A valid professional licence or registration from the relevant regulatory body.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of relevant clinical experience.
  • Previous experience working in an Operating Theatre will be an added advantage.
