Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities through personal selling, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts across the corporate, construction, hospitality, NGO, and education sectors.
• Identify prospective customers and develop strategies to expand the Company’s market presence.
• Meet and exceed agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals in line with Company pricing and costing guidelines.
• Manage client projects from initial enquiry through production to final delivery, ensuring excellent customer communication throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, orders, and customer interactions within the Company’s ERP system.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Develop and manage social media platforms, digital content, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
• Represent the Company at exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events, and client presentations.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs to support business development strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective marketing initiatives that support sales growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess:

• A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of two (2) to three (3) years’ sales experience. Experience within the printing, packaging, advertising, or media industry will be an added advantage.
• A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Willingness to travel within Greater Accra and occasionally to other regions as required.
