We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our Finance team. Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

  • Maintain accurate accounting records, general ledgers, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare customer invoices, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding collections.
  • Process accounts payable transactions, payroll inputs, and petty cash in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Capture and maintain financial transactions within the Company’s ERP system.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow reports.
  • Support job costing activities by monitoring material, labour, and overhead costs against approved quotations.
  • Assist with stock valuation, supplier reconciliations, and audit preparation.
  • Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and available for management reporting and decision-making.

Tax & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit VAT, NHIL, GETFund, and PAYE returns in compliance with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and Company financial policies.
  • Support continuous improvements to financial controls and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • A Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant accounting or finance experience. Experience within a manufacturing or printing environment will be an added advantage.
  • Part qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be preferred.
