Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule garment production runs to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Establish production schedules, set delivery timelines, and monitor progress to meet client deadlines.
• Supervise tailors, beaders, cutters, finishers, and other production staff, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Ensure all garments meet established quality, finishing, and craftsmanship standards before delivery.
• Train and mentor production staff on couture techniques, finishing standards, and client fitting protocols.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with the design and client service teams to ensure production aligns with customer expectations and design specifications.
• Manage workflow, production priorities, and resource allocation to maximise operational efficiency.
• Identify production challenges and implement practical solutions to minimise delays and improve output.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports to support planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Production, or a related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience managing garment production in a fashion house or a similar production environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading production teams and delivering high-quality garments within agreed timelines.
