Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Office Assistant / Front Desk Manager to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication across the team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
  • Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized office records and filing systems
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation
  • Assist with office supplies and inventory management
  • Ensure the front office and reception area are clean, welcoming, and professional
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner

Qualifications & Requirements

  • SHS, Diploma, HND, or Degree in any relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Friendly, organized, and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
