Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Open Market Sales Representatives to expand our market reach and drive product sales. You will actively engage retailers, build strong relationships, and create a welcoming and professional customer experience within the open market environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers within assigned market areas
• Promote and sell company products to retailers and distributors
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities
• Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

• Minimum of HND, SHS Certificate, or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or open market sales
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
