Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee and drive the efficiency of Hendan Group’s logistics operations. The successful candidate will implement strategic operational plans, optimize workflows, manage resources effectively, and deliver measurable financial and operational results. This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily logistics and operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to achieve measurable operational and financial results.

• Optimize processes, resources, and workflows to improve productivity and service delivery.

• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for operational units.

• Identify operational risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.

• Mentor, guide, and build a high-performing operations team.

• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Educational Requirement

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, with proven responsibility for delivering measurable financial and operational results.
