Job Summary

TG Holdings seeks a proactive and results-driven Operations Officer to support warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will actively oversee daily operational activities, ensure efficient workflow, and contribute to the seamless delivery of logistics and freight services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse and logistics operations

• Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods, inventory management, and documentation

• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of transport and haulage activities

• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain operational records, reports, and performance metrics

• Implement and monitor compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Operations, or related field

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in haulage or freight environments

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
