Position Summary

The Operations Support Specialist will provide operational assistance across departments, streamline processes, and support the implementation of technology-driven solutions. The successful candidate will work on-site, collaborate closely with teams, and help drive organizational efficiency and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.

  • Assist in planning and executing operational projects and initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on workflow efficiency and process improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement technology and AI solutions.

  • Apply agile processes to enhance operational workflows and project delivery.

  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in operations, support, or related roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to work on-site in Oyarifa, Accra.

  • Passion for AI, technology, and innovative solutions.

  • Familiarity with agile processes is a plus.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset, fast learner, and adaptable.

  • Self-motivated and ready to grow professionally.
