Job Description

Multisoft HR Services is looking for an entry-level Payroll Officer to join our HR team. The role involves supporting payroll processing, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with submission and payments of statutories. This position is ideal for a motivated graduate who is eager to build a career in Human Resources and develop strong payroll and systems skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly payroll preparation and verification.
  • Maintain staff data and update payroll inputs in the system.
  • Assist with resolving payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Help prepare statutory reports and submissions.
  • Work with the HR and Accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Maintain proper documentation for payroll processes.
  • Carry out basic data checks and reconciliations.
  • Support HR operations when required.

Person Specification

Skills and Requirements:

  • Right attitude to work, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow processes.
  • Familiarity with Excel and general systems usage.
  • A first degree in HR or Business Management with a desire to pursue a career in HR.
  • Membership with CIHRM or any HR professional body is an advantage.
  • Completed National Service in 2025.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain confidentiality.
