Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PDI Supervisor to oversee all Pre-Delivery Inspection activities. In this role, you will ensure that all vehicles meet required quality standards, are fully tested, and are ready for timely and flawless delivery to customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) processes for incoming vehicles
  • Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly inspected, tested, and confirmed ready for delivery
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with manufacturer and company specifications
  • Lead, guide, and supervise technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of inspection tasks
  • Identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic faults and coordinate appropriate corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation for all vehicles
  • Conduct final quality assurance checks before approving vehicles for delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
  • Proven experience in supervising technical teams
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and automotive diagnostic tools
  • High attention to detail with strong commitment to quality control
