Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse to provide exceptional care to children and newborns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric and neonatal patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, and wellness.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid practicing PIN from the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Ghana.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pediatric or neonatal care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
