Position Summary
CloudPlexo seeks a strategic and results-driven People & Operations Manager to lead and strengthen its people management and operational excellence functions. The successful candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR systems optimization in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment.
This role requires a proactive leader who builds a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end technical recruitment cycles, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
Oversee onboarding programs to ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
Administer and optimize HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
Develop and implement people strategies that promote engagement, productivity, and retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations across at least two regions.
Provide data-driven insights using Excel and HR dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
Partner with leadership to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
Requirements & Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
Recognized HR certification (e.g., CIHRM, SPHRI, HRCI).
Proven expertise in managing technical recruitment cycles.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR information systems.
Experience coordinating onboarding and training programs.
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Good knowledge of data analysis (Excel, HR dashboards) with strong attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations across at least two regions.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
Experience working in a consulting firm is an added advantage.
