We seek a highly experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support and ensure the smooth coordination of business and administrative functions.
Job Purpose
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership. The role ensures efficient management of schedules, communication, documentation, and confidential matters while maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
Screen calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism.
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion.
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Support strategic and operational initiatives as assigned.
Educational & Professional Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Personal Assistant (EP).
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Must reside in Tema or its environs.
