Personal Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Accra, Ghana

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Executive Director. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and excels at managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
As the Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Executive Director’s office, enabling effective decision-making and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
As the Personal Assistant, you will:
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Prepare periodic activity reports, executive summaries, and other business correspondence.
- Handle personal and office-related errands as required.
- Represent the Executive Director at meetings when delegated and provide comprehensive feedback on key discussions.
- Coordinate and monitor special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and update confidential records, contact databases, and executive documentation.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Perform additional administrative and executive support duties that contribute to the efficient operation of the Executive Director’s office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Professional certification in Administration or Executive Assistance is an added advantage.
Experience
- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
- Experience working in a corporate environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
