We are seeking a responsible, experienced, and professional Personal Driver to join our team and provide safe, efficient, and dependable transportation support while representing the organization with integrity and professionalism.

Job Summary

The Personal Driver will provide reliable transportation services while ensuring the safety, comfort, and punctuality of the employer. The successful candidate will maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, demonstrate strong knowledge of local routes, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the employer to assigned destinations while ensuring a comfortable and secure journey.
• Plan efficient routes and manage travel schedules to maintain punctuality.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, fuelled, and excellent operating condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any faults, repairs, or maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and ensure proper maintenance schedules are followed.
• Comply with all road traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities when required.
• Protect confidential information and maintain discretion at all times.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and respect in all interactions.

Educational Requirements and Experience

Applicants must possess:

• A valid Class B Ghanaian Driver’s Licence.
• Proven professional driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Tema, Accra, and surrounding areas.
• Previous experience as a personal, executive, or corporate driver will be an added advantage.
